Total Linen Care

With London Hospital Linen Service, you’ll find that the little extras make a big difference in the day-to-day operation of your facility and in the bottom line. We make it our goal to be there for you, whenever possible. That’s why we’ve created the Total Linen Care (TLC) program, an extensive suite of services that ensures we’ve got it covered. Only London Hospital Linen Service offers TLC. Other linen laundering companies may offer some of these services, but only our TLC is available to all of our customers, at no additional cost.

Linen Consultation Services

We can provide consultation services on linen utilization, delivery logistics, linen management, and linen room management.

Linen Fairs

A linen fair can be staged within your hospital. Our Linen Fairs are an easy and engaging way to educate your staff about our services, the cost of linen and the benefits of reusable linens.

Education Programs

If you want to know more about any of our services, our marketing and customer service representatives are available to deliver customized education programs to you and your staff.

Instrument Rescue

Every month, our laundry sorters discover hundreds of dollars worth of misplaced medical instruments. Instruments that are labeled are returned to the hospital where they belong, and any items that are unclaimed or can't be returned to their original owners are shared among our customers.

Transparent Bills of Lading

Each bill of lading details the net weight of each cart of fresh linen delivered and quantifies the number of each type of linen on the cart. This way, you know exactly what you are paying for.

Online Reporting Module

All our customers have access to online activity reporting, in real time, in a secure environment through our advanced Internet Quota (IQ) Program. You get up-to-date data so you can make accurate decisions and adjust to variances in patient numbers and the level of care required.

Lost & Found Program

Our lost and found program has returned numerous personal items such as watches, necklaces, hearing aids, clothing, dentures, and teddy bears to patients over the years. Patients looking to retrieve their personal items can call us at 519-438-2925 and we will return any identifiable items found.

Parcel Delivery System

If you need to send a parcel to one of our partner hospitals, you can use our parcel delivery system. Our drivers will deliver parcels between hospitals for only $2 per parcel. Simply fill out one of our routing slips (available from any LHLS driver) and your parcel will be delivered promptly.
